Konami Digital Entertainment inc. is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a global sponsor for the 2026 WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™, to be held in four cities worldwide: Tokyo (Japan), San Juan (Puerto Rico), Houston (Texas, USA), and Miami (Florida, USA) from Wednesday, March 5, 2026, to Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

The WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™, is the premier international baseball tournament featuring national and regional teams, organized by World Baseball Classic, Inc. since 2006. The sixth edition, the 2026 WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™, will feature 20 countries and territories from around the world competing in intense battles for the title of world baseball's best.

Konami Digital Entertainment will continue its support as a global sponsor for the 2026 WORLD BASEBALL CLASSIC™, following its sponsorship of the 2023 tournament.
