The cozy, emotion-driven bakery RPG from Sunny Lab, in partnership with Silver Lining Interactive, now offers a hands-on taste of its magical world, available today on PC via Steam!

Designed to introduce players to the warmth, charm, and emotional depth of the full game, the demo lets aspiring witchy bakers experience the heart of The Witch’s Bakery ahead of its full release in Q2 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2!

The Witch’s Bakery has already captured the hearts of cozy RPG fans worldwide, surpassing 100,000 wishlists on Steam ahead of launch. With the demo now live, Sunny Lab invites players to share their first impressions, provide feedback, and help shape the final experience as development continues.

The demo marks an important milestone for the team, offering both longtime supporters and new players a chance to connect with Lunne’s story and the game’s core themes of empathy, vulnerability, and emotional healing.

The full version of The Witch’s Bakery is scheduled to launch in Q2 2026, with physical editions planned for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2 via Silver Lining Direct.

The Witch's Bakery is a cozy Adventure RPG about a joyful witch who opens her bakery in modern Paris. She has one special power: she can see into people's hearts and heal emotions through magic!

YOUR DAILY LIFE AS A WITCH-BAKER IN PARIS

You play as Lunne, who has just arrived in the city! Each day is split into three phases:

Daytime, where Lunne manages her bakery and serves clients with her team of friends.

Evening, where Lunne explores Paris, builds relationships, discovers the city's secrets and goes inside her friends' troubled heart.

Night, where Lunne rests, improves her magic, decorates her bakery and spends time in her cosy atelier.

The story progresses through the days as you earn experience, money, and fame, meet new friends and heal their heart.


A COLOURFUL PARIS IN A JOYFUL ADVENTURE

Once your work day is done, you can visit several districts of Paris to meet with main characters, engage in activities to learn new skills, buy books for new recipes, etc. Each district has its own characters, activities and shops!

A STORY ABOUT EMOTIONS AND VULNERABILITY

For some people, their emotion is locked away so strongly than Lunne needs to go inside their heart to help them. She enters their "Heart Palace", a magical space where emotions and thoughts take shape. Lunne needs to guide the personified Emotion back to the heart.

Inside the Heart Palace, Lunne discovers the person's deepest struggles and finds the key ingredient she needs to make a bread that will heal them!
