Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion’s Second Free Update Introduces a Pair of Bosses, Replayable Side Missions, and New Visual Customization Options; New Cosmetic DLC for Outers Available for Free

Marvelous USA today announced the release of the second free content update for their dark sci-fi action game, Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion, which launched for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch™ 2 on Sept. 5. Now available to download for free through all digital storefronts, patch 1.1.1 introduces more titanic bosses to challenge players’ best Arsenal builds and a wide range of bug fixes and gameplay improvements, including new visual customization options for Outers. The update also includes the release of new free DLC, further enhancing players’ ability to customize their perfect Outer.

Take on two towering new bosses solo or with up to two friends - the lethal Lapis Lacrima RT: Ω and Cybele RT: Ω, as well as the permanent addition of the event boss Zeruchroar through the Rematch Simulator. The update also introduces the option to disable Fusion mutation visual effects on their Outers, a cosmetic-only change that does not restore Outers’ humanity or disable the Fusion system. Finally, players can now replay side-missions that previously were unavailable after being completed and acquire alternate rewards they may have missed in earlier missions.

Also included with the release of patch 1.1.1 are a pair of free new Outer outfits, which join the free “Iris Outfit” and other avatar customization DLC currently available to download. Details and pricing on the latest cosmetic DLC can be found below.

● “Iris” Outfit – Free (Released Oct. 2)
● Avatar Customization Pack 3 (9 Scars/Tattoos) - $3.99 (Released Oct. 2)
● Avatar Customization Pack 4 (6 Face Accessories) - $3.99 (Released Oct. 2)
● Formal Suit Outfit – Free
● Axiom Researcher Outfit – Free

Fly into battle in a customized Arsenal, unleashing a variety of attacks tailored to each player's playstyle. Feel the exhilaration of fast-paced combat as players freely explore a deadly and dangerous open world on land or in the air. After taking down foes and collecting their weapons and equipment, players can upgrade their skills to expand their options on the battlefield. Suit up for a dark sci-fi story where players can face titanic boss battles alone or with up to two other players online. New and veteran Daemon X Machina players alike will find a worthy adventure here.
