OVERVIEW

Pocket Play Studio is currently working on its first title, Toria, that will revolutionize the market of mobile RPGs. Toria is planned to bring next generation experiences for the players and present never-before-seen features in the mobile gaming world. From a rich storyline with challenging puzzles and beautiful animations to turn-based tactical combat - Toria will surprise the players many times throughout the gameplay!

Instead of the never-ending grind that characterizes other mobile games, Toria offers unexpected, unforeseen events and scenarios. In contrast to the linear development patterns found in the majority of mobile games, Toria is a real world where players are empowered to choose their own path.

The player takes the role of a mercenary leader and travels the world of Toria in pursuit of wealth, glory, and adventure. Along the way lay many mysteries of Toria and its people, waiting to be discovered. A beautifully animated map will navigate the way and entangle the player in a story full of intrigues and adventures that will keep them waiting for more!

ADVENTURE

The map presents the beautiful world of Toria divided into various Adventure Areas, such as Flooded Mine, Gopła Swamps, Forest of Perun or Radogast Stronghold. Each shows the location where the player can start an Expedition. Every one of them is shown on a randomly generated map that reveals itself gradually based on the player’s path choice and events they come across.

Every Expedition’s paths and events are unpredictable, guaranteeing that each journey — even to the same location — is different. The player can hunt and gather resources, meet another Character or Merchant on their way (and gain additional quest), open Treasure Chests, use the Resting Spots, or – most importantly – take part in battles that range from Standard and Elite to Boss Fights (at the end of each path).

CITIES

Every Region in Toria has at least one City which serves as a place of preparation before the Expedition. There, the player can buy new gear and sell their loot to a shopkeeper, repair and upgrade their weapon at a blacksmith, take upon quests from local townsfolk, and organize their team at the inn. All services can be used to make each Expedition better than the previous one and make the most of the resources and team members available.

COMBAT

Combat in Toria is turn-based and tactical. It focuses on both teams exchanging punches, using the full arsenal of attacks such as DOTs, buff, and debuffs. Characters engage in battle arranged in a formation (from 1v1 to 6v6). The position of the team members determines how the enemy can be attacked, as well as the team protected from the upcoming strikes. The player’s success will be highly dependent on maximizing the team’s strengths and countering the opponent's advantages.

CHARACTERS

In Toria, every hero is a living legend with their own unique backstory, goals, and secrets; they are more than just fictional characters. Strong barbarians, nimble archers, menacing mercenaries, and stunning priestesses and witches. From strong barbarians and agile archers through charismatic mercenaries and dark sorcerers, to beautiful priestesses and witches from the Mages Guild. Their hidden abilities and potential will be of the utmost importance when achieving success in Toria.

Toria is currently in development and its premiere is set at the end of June 2025.
The game will be available on both Android and iOS.
