Thank you Singtrix for sending us a Party Bundle Stadium Edition to review!
There are all kinds of singers out there. Professional, karaoke stars, car and shower singers, and those who think they can sing but can’t. I know my limits and usually just stick with singing in my car while commuting to work.
Those who can sing may find all of the enhancements annoying, but rest assured they can be disabled by selecting the professional mode. For the rest of us who can use all the help we can get, the Singtrix offers over 375+ special effects and pitch correction! The microphones have a hit button which adds a 4-part harmony when activated.
The Singtrix Party Bundle Stadium Edition includes:
Studio Controller – This is the device that does all of the magic. According to the Singtrix’s website, this is the same live vocal technology that professionals use. There’s an audio jack that lets you hook up your phone to play from your own MP3 files, YouTube, or Spotify. If your phone doesn’t have a headphone jack, there’s a simple MP3 player included to get you going. There is no screen or any indication of what the song order is so you’ll have to have a good memory! The MP3 player will need 2 AAA batteries and a micro SD card.
Strong Points: Good variety in song presets and special effects
Weak Points: Lots of batteries needed to get it going
There’s only a handful of buttons on the controller so it’s pretty straightforward and easy to use. The power button is needed to turn it on. The Skill Level button is used to adjust the amount of voice altering/correction you’ll be using. My (nearly) pitch-perfect daughter preferred to have it on the professional mode which disables all of the special effects. There are volume adjusters for the music and microphone levels. The Song voice will lower the voice track to give your voice prominence, but it won’t take it away completely. For that, you’ll need karaoke specific music tracks. The Hit Effect harmony button enables the 4-way chorus and illuminates when that effect is activated. The Songtrix microphones can enable/disable the Hit Effect too.
Wired Microphone – The included wired microphone does not require batteries and it has a hit button that triggers the 4-part harmonies. The cable seems to be roughly twenty feet which gives you a good amount of room to work with. The microphone has an XLR connector and the other end of the cable plugs into the ¼ audio jack on the Studio Controller.
The Wireless Microphone is available for $79.99 and also has the proprietary Hit Effect button. Any microphone that uses a ¼ inch audio jack should work but would require pressing the Hit Effect button on the Studio Controller. The wireless microphone requires two AAA batteries on the wireless dongle that plugs into the ¼” audio jack on the Studio Controller. The microphone itself will need a couple of AA batteries to work. If you don’t want to be hindered by cables, it’s definitely worth looking into. Just don’t forget to have batteries for it!
PA Speaker – PA stands for public address and I guess that can include singing as well. This speaker is 40 watts so while it’s not powerful enough to perform at a stadium, it’s plenty loud enough to annoy people on multiple levels of your house or apartment. There’s a built-in subwoofer so that makes your music, games, and movies sound better. You can use this PA Speaker for multiple purposes!

Now that we’ve discussed the components. Let’s talk about the special effects. There are hundreds of song pre-sets and there’s a handy guide to let you know what their setting ID number is. It’s funny how they skirt around the song names but you can still tell which ones they’re referring to. If you’re a fan of Queen you may enjoy singing with the “We R Champion” or We Rock U!” presets.
If you know the key that you need to sing in, you can select the appropriate fixed key setting to stay in tune. There are some genre specific presets for country, rock, K-pop, carols, choir, anime, Broadway, Bollywood, and more. Party Favorites has some fun selections that will change your voice to the opposite gender, or to an arena announcer. This could be an amusing way to do prank calls!
While the Singtrix could be seen as a “cheat” for singing skills, they really do want people to develop their singing talents and get better at it. Included with the Singtrix Party Bundle Stadium Edition is an invitation for free on-demand singing lessons through SingDaptive.com.
If you enjoy karaoke and want to impress people with your improved vocals, the SIngtrix Party Bundle Stadium Edition is worth looking into. Surprisingly, it’s cheaper to get the wireless microphone bundle through Amazon instead of Singtrix’s website. Without the extra wireless microphone, the price on both sites is the same at $399.
