A teaser featured in the Future Games Show (FGS) and a new trailer in IGN Live showcase the game’s cuddly characters— a corgi, tuxedo cat, and trash panda raccoon— exploring open-world wilderness and using an ancient mech to design their ideal village. Alongside the gameplay reveal, Uncommon Games confirmed they will host a closed alpha playtest in July 2025; players can sign up for access to the playtest now on the ANIMALKIND Steam page, and wishlist the game to receive release updates.
