Are you looking for these types of games, or just saying that they are possible?

Baldur's Gate is available for iOS devices and they are reportedly working on Android ports. There are also several games available from Spiderweb Software for the iOS, but only the first Avadon and the remake of Avernum are available for Android devices. There is an Android version of Exult available, too, which would allow you to play Ultima VII on your Android device (however, you will still have to obtain a copy of Ultima VII in order to do this).

There also is the possibility of getting a Windows emulator on your Android device, and then shopping gog.com for the games you want. That would open up a bunch more possibilities, but could also lead to some complications (since those games weren't built with the portable market in mind, obviously).
