I'm getting a little addicted to this. :P
HL2: Episode 1.

Ammo conservation much? O_o I've had to get very creative with the gravity gun a few times. Never a thing required in HL2. On the positive side, Zombines are creepish and chucking 50 pound boulders into their faces rarely ever get's old.
You never ran out of ammo at Ravenholm?
Mmm...I had forgotten about Ravenholm...I might have. I know I ran out of shotty ammo, and MP5 ammo...I think I still had pistol ammo left though.

Mirrors Edge.
Another game I thought I'd enjoy, but not this much. This game is awesome. I pretty much love it...there are parts of it that are brutally difficult though. O_o Faith canna take much damage, nor can she do much...At least on heavily armored assualt troops.

Still, after attempting one section multiple times (through speed, violence, and a combination of both) I finally discovered that you can kick peoples in the crotch, which is actually more effective than full disarmament sometimes.

So no complaints. Plus I got an achievement called "It'sa me, Mario!" XD

I just finished it. Amazing game. I just wish they wouldn't make all the characters so evil. :\

Wamps was right; it does filter out much more of the language with the filter. And they separated the language filter from the violence filter...it's rather remarkable the farting people do over how much harder it is for the devs, and how it infringes on their rights of creativity to put a filter in when...Gears does it so flawlessly, and removes no fun with it.

So far, the mechanics seems smother somehow, and the guns a tad better. At the least, I got a bolton pistol in the first chapter. Love that thing. <3

Graphics is great but as usually, takes a long time to play a single level.

Also played Team Fortress 2. Just bought a strange festive bat.

Gears of War 3

Finally finished it. Adored it... best game in the series, bar none.

Shadows of the Damned

Weird, weird and more weird.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii

Classic Mario? I'm totes in... and it's schooling me (which is embarrassing, because I know SMB3 like the back of my hand).

No More Heroes

Too much Suda 51 is never too much of a good thing.

MadWorld

I don't know how I feel about this one, except that it's kind of demented fun.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

*whistles* I think this game is actually less violent than it's predecessor, but far, FAR more disturbing.
Spoiler:
The rookie dude...Cowallen...or something...I knew he was going to die from the start. Probably a hideously violent death. In fact, since he made it the majority of the game, I even guessed it would be grotesque and sad...but watching the dude's skin, flesh, organs and bones slowly dissolve? Yeah...went right past ew, leaped over grotesque, and landed squarely on disturbing. Like...that's going to mess with my head for awhile. I dearly wish I had listened to my gut and turned the gore filter on. O_o Yeesh...I know of at least one more disturbing scene (thanks to a review containing spurlers) coming up but...that one almost made me put the controller down.
I'm srsly impressed with the amount of non-shallow character interaction and story though. Did not expect it. I'm liking the game less now...but then, I think that will wear off with the nausea. XD

You mean Carmine? Yeah his death was pretty messed up. The game isn't that bad after that part though.

That part was pretty...nasty. xD And not sure if you have Gears 3 yet but just a warning:
Spoiler:
Not a main charecter or anything but some random guy gets his arms ripped off and then gets beaten to death with them during the campaign and since its a cutscene the filtr doesn't do anything for it. Sooo yeah just a headsup for that >_> I found that the most disturbing death in the series

Thanks for the heads up...in description, that sounds less bad...acid nauseates me in an especially head-janking way.

Metro 2033

Not very far in, but I'm rather enjoying this. The subtle (or not so subtle at all. XD) nods to STALKER are cool...As is the bullet/money system, and the tunnel crawling. It actually feels similar to STALKER. Good stuff as of yet.

Pirates of Black Cove DLC, nice addition but the lack of saving your game is quite annoying
