Honestly, I can't really think of anything I'd rather get than a corn snake. XD
A new guitar would be nice, but mine works great and I love it. <3 Two, if you count the acoustic. And I need a new amp, sure, but like a 50-75 watt one. Espenzive. So...likely, corn snake. Because even though that other stuff sounds great, a corn snake resonates within my heart, if you know what I mean.
But for srs...O_O It's spooky.
Are you pushing someone away?

OK, what's all this fuss about Dollhouse I'm hearing?
My girlfriend tells me to watch it NOW when I don't get cable or a broadcast channel that shows it. And Hulu pulled it.
Sooooo, maybe explain why people are raving about this?

Um... it's really good? And it has Eliza Dushku, an awesome actress, in it?
It's by Whedon... but it's honestly not like anything I've seen by him. The characters are "meh" for the most part... but the atmosphere is just... fantastic. Like. Very possibly better than Buffy/Angel (Dollhouse overall doesn't compare for me, but I like the setting better).
It's awesome. I bought season 1 on Blu-ray without ever seeing it... and I wasn't sad I did so. XD
Of course I ended up trading that on Goozex, but that's only because it brought in 800 points which, when converted to cash, was much more than I bought it for. <_<

Most Definitely
Pilot episodes tend to be poor compared to rest of show? (With the notable exception of Voyager where the pilot was amazing)

eh... sometimes. I absolutely loved the pilot of both DS9 and True Blood. Like. Totally excellent. ^_^
