Sheesh!
I "obtained" a laptop today. It arrived through UPS while I was at work. I had instructed my brother to switch memory sticks with my other laptop when it arrived. Also, it was supposed to come with XP Media Center. I didn't tell him to do anything else.
When I arrived from home, weary and worn(and wiped out...), I discovered...
A. It had XP and Vista Ultimate on it.\
B. My brother had wiped the freaking hard drive for just about no good reason except he likes doing that sort of thing. I swear, he must have formatted the various computer hard drives we've had around here a thousand bloody times... (He's a nut. Basically.)
C. He'd installed one of his most-likely pirated copies of XP-home and was doing a search for drivers on the 'net. Most of which probably won't work well. Leaving me with a crippled laptop.
The left side of my brain is telling me it isn't a big deal.
The right side is telling me to punch him in the nose.
actually, I was calm before, but writing this post is really getting my temper up...

Haha! I can laugh, because I had to working laptops with Windows 98. One of them both of them were glitchy but workable, my Dad wiped the hard drive on one, then installed 3.1, the other we pulled the Motherboard battery out of, and accidentally wiped out Windows, DOS, and BIOS.
I'm left with one stone age laptop, and one pretty pile of plastic.
So I can laugh.

This is good.
But can you sing the Camelot song?
Can you dance? Can you even dance if you want to? Can you leave your friends behind? Are your friends not friends if they are not dancing and thus not friends of mine?
These are the questions.
Ask not for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...
