How come WE HAZ NO PICS OF DIS GOPHER!? PLEEEEEEAAAAAAAASE???![]()
Aaaaand yeah, a bigger snake could very easily make a meal out of a cat. XD
Maybe try a ball python? They're a pretty easy snake to care for, and while I won't call them a great "first snake" (many people say they're as good if not better than a corn for a first; I don't agree)... they're pretty easy going. They're not insanely massive like a retic, burmese or even a RTB. They grow to an average size of 4 feet, some a bit bigger some a bit smaller. But they're a heavy bodied snake, greatly different than a gopher or king/corn.
A ball was my first snake, and while I won't say it was the easiest snake I've ever cared for (that goes to a corn snake), it certainly wasn't the hardest. Lived a few years with me and was extremely healthy (had to give him away because of financial reasons, though).
Anyway, I go on for too long about snakes. As I'm sure Chozon could attest too. <_<
What's your gopher's name?

And, I'll have to keep the ball python in mind... maybe once I get a job I can get one. I love to have another snake.

It doesn't bother me at all that you talk so much about snakes... I've probably learned more from your posts than I have anywhere else.

And its (dunno what its sex is) name is Jasper. It was the first name I thought of, and it stuck, so...
