Around here, I love me a 30-06. It's just a... great all around cartridge. It'll take any game in America, it's insanely accurate (depending on the exact rifle, of course) and... just really useful.
I also have a soft spot for the .300 win mag. And, of course, the good old .22. Cheap ammo, and a whole lotta fun. XD
