Hmm...I'm not sure about that. I remember reading that CJ's are track-able, and illegal to own since it could block an emergency call. I'll look it up. Could just be for my state.

Depends on the rifle.

I'd pay that much for an ultra-nice sniper rifle with a scope and everything, but otherwise it would have to be amazing.
