They'd probably use it to feed their staff vampires.
SO...how was your trip?

The trip was great! Did lots of manual labor the whole week (including working a jackhammer which turned out being very fun) and exploring awesome mountains with Native American kids. I also went to the Grand Canyon which was an hour and a half away from where we were staying. We drove for 2 days to get there and Monday was our first day of work, Thursday was our last day of work and we left the Navajo Nation Friday. Our days started with breakfast and devotions and then we would get lunch ready at 8 and leave around 8:15 - 8:30. Then, we would work for a while and come home around 2 or 3 PM (sometimes later). I also laughed harder Saturday night than I have my whole life because of an amazingly detailed tortilla face made in the middle of the night at a Mexican restaurant. I will post pics of things later, but I won't be able to get any of certain sites because the Native Americans didn't want us to so I am going to honor their request.
I have a prayer request in this spoiler. I generally don't like to open up to people because of my introversion (I may seem like an extrovert, but I'm not), but it would make me feel better to tell someone in this case.

I'll be praying for you amigo. I wish I could advise you, but at the least I'll be praying for you. Well, I can say to talk to God. He'll guide you.
Sounds like an awesome trip though.

Who doesn't like manual labor and tortilla faces? XD I hope you got a picture of that...
Did you learn anything about the Navajo Nation you did not know before?

Someone got a picture. I'll have them send it to me so I can post it.
I learned a lot about their culture while I was there. The name Navajo is actually Spanish for "raiders". They call themselves the De-ne (pronounced den-ay). I forgot what it means but it has to do with peace. They are a very peaceful people. I found out that around %80 of their people are Christian, but many of their people still believe in the old prophecies and some superstitions such as witchcraft (there are medicine men and witch doctors over there).

Huh. I did not know that. Cool tapes. I'd never heard them called anything but Navajo before.
Was it hot there?

Very hot and very dry. You don't sweat as much which means it's easier to get dehydrated because it's hard to tell when you stop sweating.

I've never really experienced dry heat. Farthest from home I've been is Oklahoma City, and that was in February. I want too though. Has to be better than walking into a soggy sponge (AKA: Outside my house).
How grand was the Grand Canyon?

It was amazing. I've seen awesome things before like mountains, and they aren't nearly as awesome as the Grand Canyon. It was about an hour and a half away from the church we stayed at, but it was totally worth the drive. On the way home, we told scary stories that made me see things that night.

Nice. XD Well, I dunno about the scary stories...even at 24, I'm not a fan of them.
I do want to see the Grand Canyon though. Maybe even ride some mules to the bottom. Or a parachute.
Warmachine the game?

I haven't played it yet, but I'm building up my Cygnarmy. Just finished painting a soldier.
Peaches or Nectarines?
And how was your 4th?

Nectarines because they're like peaches, but without the fuzz so you don't have to peel them. I think peaches taste better though.
My July 4th was great. I played SW Battlefront 2 and Garry's mod all day.

I never peel my peaches though. :O That sounds like a fun 4th. We shot off fireworks and ate chili cheese dogs.
