Yeah, how funny is it that Dad's tend to injure their kids more so than Mom's? 
My Dad, trying to open a knife by flipping it, through it at me.
Oh, and I've done the whole staple-foot hing, but with a nail. I didn't know I'd stepped on one until I saw the blood covering my foot.
How is it foot wounds don't always hurt when they happen?

Probably because of all the callouses on them, and the fact that the foot is the part of the body put under the most physical stress every day.
