Also, It turns out that my bracket tracker is not perfect. You can only chose characters 1 round at a time, so we would have to record the picks for the 1st round, vote for 1st round results, pick for the 2nd round, vote for the 2nd round results and so on.

Since the votes are in favor of doing step 2, I can start it right now or wait until we finish step 1. I will set a poll for that.

One of my favorite Phineas & Ferb episodes is one where Perry has to leave before defeating Doofenshmirtz. Feeling a bit let down, Doof puts a hat on a potted plant and calls it an agent. He still loses. To a non-sentient plant. ... is 10 a little high for him?

If you need more entries for lower brackets, I can come up with some.

James Bond - British superspy with a "License to Kill." He has saved the world many times, armed with only his wits and a wide collection of gadgets. Still, he's only human, and may not be much opposition to others on the list. I'd give him an 11 or 12.

Conan the Barbarian - A super-strong guy, but not the brightest. His general approach to solving problems is to hit them with his sword until they fall down. A character that inspired a huge collection of books (and three movies), but in modern times he would be regarded as an anachronistic relic. I'd place him in rank 13.

Pinky & The Brain - Two white lab mice who spend every night figuring out ways to take over the world... and inevitably failing. Although they appeared in the cartoon show Animaniacs, they were the only characters to break away in their own short-lived cartoon series. The Brain may be incredibly clever with designing bizarre contraptions (which included building an exact replica of Earth - completely to scale - from papier mache), but his plans always fail, partially to something he's overlooked, and occasionally to Pinky's buffoonery. Other than that, their only other skills would be the ability to speak English. Otherwise, they're your typical mice. I'd put them in rank 14 or 15.

I went ahead and made Zoom a 1 because he is a bit more powerful than Flash, and Flash is a 1.

Totally lopsided match: #1 Zoom vs. #16 Goomba.

HAHA!!!

Zoom uses all his attacks to destroy the goomba. All the goomba can do is jump to dodge the attack...that's about it, and he probably already has a good chance of failing to dodge the attack anyway.

Sad fate for Mr. Goomba. Referee: "Go!" Goomba: "What is hittin..." Ref: "Zoom wins!"

Okies, I have a few more that may (or may not) be worthy for this bracket! I take you to 1313 Mockingbird Lane:

Herman Munster: Really large and bulky, 7 ft 6 in tall, strong and firm, almost immune to normal heavy blows on any part of his body including a large safe or hit by a car, barely has much true wisdom but did have semi-normal brains installed when he was created. He cracks a mirror by just looking at it
Lily Munster: Rather good looking and well formed female vampire countess, has an eerie skin texture, has an uncanny recipe collection to cook up almost any dish with any ingredient but most of her dishes are somewhat poisonous.
Grandpa: Lily's father and superbly mad vampire-scientist count who can conjure up almost any potion or mumble and pronounce great magic spells but the potions and spells sometimes aren't exactly what they were intended. He can also create almost any machine or device, but usually go the same way as potions or spells.
Eddie Munster: Herman and Lily's son. Part werewolf, part vampire and all kid. He can tell elaborate lies about his father which can scare people away. He has a stuffed toy werewolf named Woof-Woof.
Marilyn Munster: Lily's niece. She is quite attractive and a college student while living with her uncle and aunt. She is as normal as any human, but everyone runs away when they meet her family.
Igor: He is Grandpa's bat. He is a very sensitive bat. He's just a bat.
Spot: Eddie's pet fire breathing dragon who chases cars and usually catches them. He is much larger than Herman, love to play games and is afraid of his own shadow.
Charlie the Raven: Lives in a coo-coo clock and comes out every hour with the time and some sarcastic remark. Will flee when frightened.
Kitty: The Munster's family pet black cat. He roars like a lion and in fact could be a lion in a house cat's body.

I would suggest a peek at the wiki on "The Munsters" to aid in assigning them their required numbers.

Oh boy. I don't have time to rate them at the moment, but I will post some of my suggestions. (and one of yours)

Heat Wave: Wields Handheld flamethrower. Tends to get carried away when fighting. Also somewhat reckless. Rank: 7
Girder: Has the ability to turn his body into steel. Strong. Rank: 8

Girder Vs Magneto would be brutally one-sided.

Finally, Reverse-Flash is in the same spot as on the last bracket I did on my own. Odd.

I have decided to go ahead and rank some characters because I am desperate for 13 and 14 rank characters.

I can already remove a few: Igor the Bat, Kitty, Marilyn Munster, Charlie and Raven, and B1 Battle Droid.

That brings it down to 18, but we only need 10.

Fire Bro: Has the ability to throw as many fireballs as he pleases, though they don't do a whole lot of damage and have a chance to burn the player. He can only throw 2 fireballs at 1 time however. Due to his armor he has some high defense, and has high resistance to fire attacks. He doesn't really have any attacks besides his fire attack, I would rank him 4. He main weakness is ice attacks.

Ice Bro: Same exact abilities as the fire bro, just with ice attacks, though his ice attacks are a little more dangerous due to the chance of the ice balls freezing players temporarily. I would rank him 3. His main weakness is fire attacks.

Oops. I forgot to mention that we don't need anymore character suggestions, just reviews on the ones in the list. Thanks for the input though.

I can't review them, I have no idea who they are and what they do, sorry. I recognize a couple of them, but I don't know them enough to properly rank them, besides the iron golem, so I will rank him.

I think he should be a 2, he has very high defense and offense. He is immune to drowning, but cannot swim. He also doesn't take any fall damage. In the actual game he doesn't have any stand out weaknesses besides moving incredibly slow. I think he could also have a weakness to fire as well. I think 7 is way to low of a rank for him, especially considering he can kill players/mobs in 1 or 2 throws with no defense.

I think that compared to the Characters we have he should be a 3.
