Ever considered contacts?

New eyeglass prescription. I'm likely going to get new glasses, but. You know. Contacts.

Practically speaking, I really don't like them. For someone like me, who get's dirty and is in the brush a lot, sometimes shooting, they really suck. Too easy to screw one up and lose eyesight, which is worse for me, since I have really horrible sight to begin with.

But...it would allow me to wear prescriptionless sunglasses

Pretty much. In fact the only benefit I see is I'd be able to wear non-prescription sunglasses. That and there's not the stigma of glasses...not something I particularly care about. I've worn them before, and eventually just chose to wear glasses again.

But still. Disguise wise, I want access to them at least.
