Good as movies, but should never have been titled Lord of the Rings.

Dude, if they had been exactly like the books, people would have been bored out of their minds.
Make no mistake, I
loved the books, and had all of them read before the movies came out, but I love those movies...
Ted DeKker?

No, being perfectly true to the books would've been more exciting.

And. Modern.
I.E. he's flashy, with little to no real substance.

I. FLIPPIN. KNOW. RIGHT. That is painful to think of even now...Liv Tyler should GDIAF.
Or not...I'd probably feel some sort of guilt for a few minutes if she did.
Other things that you were sad they messed up/ignored?
I missed all the epic songs. some of it was left in, but most of it was cut. Oh, and Bombadil. -_-
Also, Florida. How is?

Vary level by level.
Some Indie levels were good, some were bad, same with Star Wars.

Only the PSP demo for batman, it was...pretty interesting.
And, potter sucks, horribly written books, wouldn't expect more from a game.

Best fantasy book(s) ever? (Besides LotR)

Hmm.
Counting historical fantasy, I'd have to go with the King Raven Trilogy by Lawhead, since I've always liked Robin Hood type stories.
Otherwise....
LOTR
<_<

Oro. You. Go for the Dragon King Trilogy. It's not LOTR by any stretch, but they are another great series by Lawhead.
Why is Florida bad?

Yeah, haven't had the cash to get more Lawhead.
And, it's humid.
A sword of mine was nearly ruined after a couple weeks in the garage from moisture condensing in the scabbard.
And the people here are idiots.

I'm...pretty sure I know at least one.
