Wow. What a movie. Not the best movie ever, but a fun action thriller. Awesome fight scenes, and an interesting setting. I enjoyed it, but not because it's spectacular.

Letters to Juliet

Predictable. Cute, but not exactly special. Only recommended as a date movie.

Gasland. A documentary about the complete lack of environmental regulation in the natural gas industry and the dangers of hydraulic "fracking".

Now I know all the wonderful chemicals I've been breathing in during my time here in New Mexico, surrounded by those wells.

A lot better than I expected. It was actually a rather enjoyable movie that I would watch again.

Should have been called The Kung Fu Kid, though. I mean... seriously.

I believe it was party the fact that it didn't really hold a candle to the games... or at least the first game.

Plus I preferred Farah over the girl from the movie.

I guess this is a small series of OVAs to the 1980s anime series Bubblegum Crisis (made 20 years later). Teacher watched halfway through it in class.

Pretty interesting. I don't think any of the characters are from the original series, it's just kinda set in the same world.

Started Jackie Brown.

Tarantino's best, imo.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

Uhm. This is the most Japanese movie I've watched in a while. I think it was dubbed "Live Action Manga" when originally released. It's pretty much awesome, though. A good movie in its own right that, despite the characters not being terribly deep, did a great job of conveying meaning and emotion.

When taking its intent into consideration... it was altogether awesome. It literally felt like a live action comic book. I loved this movie a ton.

Meh. Liked the old one better.

An Empress and the Warriors.

Typical Wuxia with a bit of weird thrown in. Not altogether bad, but not great.

Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs - Good movie. Gets a little 'what?' near the end, but still extremely enjoyable.

Penelope.

I can't tell you how much I freaking love this movie. No joke.

Much better then I thought it would be although it had an awkward moment (watching it with my brother and his friends).
