With the announcement that Mega Man 9 is, in fact, coming to the 360... I would pick it up there, first. But it doesn't really excite me. What Platinum Games has up its collective sleeve excites me, but not like it would've years ago. See, for me, Clover Studios was one of the best development houses of the past decade. If Viewtiful Joe was amazing, Okami was simply transcendent. It was very close to a perfect game. And God Hand, often considered their one misstep, was a great game in its own right; it just wasn't up to the quality of previous Clover releases.

So basically, anything coming from the ashes of Clover is going to be something to look for in my book. Is it enough to buy a Wii? Well, Metroid Prime 3 was enough to buy a Wii. Super Mario Galaxy was enough to buy a Wii. The only reason that I don't have one is money. Every time I get a good amount of money with which to buy the system, I end up having to do something else with it (like last November... Rock Band came out, plus Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed... games I absolutely couldn't live without ). So... I'm sure I'll get one someday soon. I can't risk not playing the next Zelda.

I have not played any of the Breath of Fire games, though I have wanted to.

In terms of deep JRPGs that also happen to be cheap.... check out Persona 3: FES. It's like... $29.99. If not that, try Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King or Final Fantasy XII. All are amazing games in their own right, though you may not like FFXII, either because of the battle system or because of the story (I love both....). The latter two you can probably get for $15 to $20 each, if that.

I know this isn't my topic, but I'd have to second his recommendation of DQVIII. From everything I know about your tastes in games, it sounds like it'd be right up your alley. I recommend FFXII too, but like iamscott said, it's a pretty divisive game; so you might give it a rent first or something.

No, seriously. Sometimes it's hard to make eye contact when a strapping young lad is blundering and nervous. I don't really have much of a problem, but a couple friends of mine (the socially inept brand of homeschoolers...) are pretty funny to watch interact with the opposite gender XD

That first question is... admittedly a tough one. I can't speak for most guys, so I guess I need to speak for myself, right?

For me, anyone is hard to approach on a general basis, simply because I'm a shy person. Girls are more difficult, though, because there's the whole "is this going to be a just-friends thing or something more" thing that happens the minute that you attempt to strike up a conversation with the opposite sex. However, in the past, girls have intimidated me when they come on too strong or when they don't respond to any type of glance or catalyst-type-thing that occurs when in those peculiar, beginning stages.

There's other things, too, such as personality or the way that the girl dresses or holds herself, the way that she presents herself to the world. Things like that all sort of add up in the guy's mind and throw up roadblocks.

As for the Dell question... I'm not a PC guy, so... it's really up to you.

In DC, I loved Arlington National Cemetary. It's... technically not in DC (more like Virginia), but it's a short drive away from the Mall, where the Vietnam Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, and the like are.
