You ad me both, Drew. You and me both. o_o

Mean Girls honestly doesn't look too bad. I've still got to see it someday.

Also, last movies...

The Aviator

Much different from what I expected, but not in a bad way. Definitely a very, very fascinating portrayal of the infamous Howard Hughes. And the acting, I might add, was excellent.

The Machinist

I... I don't know what to think about this movie. No comment.

Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home

well, it's definitely one of the better Trek movies.

not my favorite, but I grew up with The Next Generation so I'm biased toward them. XD

Still, great movie, though I think liked Wrath of Khan more.

Also, funny.

I lulzed at Chekov's frequent use of "Nuclear Wessel" XD

So epic, and pretty cool. I don't know what people are complaining about, had more fun than Transformers 2. :/

Adventureland

Honestly, I was expecting there to be more humor going in. But it wasn't a "laugh-out-loud" comedy, really. It was more...kinda like a drink you enjoy by sipping over the course of an hour and a half. When I thought I was gonna guzzle a two-liter Dr. Pepper. It wasn't a bad thing. Just not what I was expecting.

Star Trek.

Each time I see this film, the more I love it. It could very easily be my favorite Trek film, and I don't say that lightly.

Star Trek V: The Final Frontier

well, it wasn't as bad as I was expecting, but it wasn't great either. XD

The dialogue was hilarious though.
"Greetings, captain."
"Spock. What are you doing in this neck of the woods?"
"I have been monitoring your progress."
"I'm flattered. Twelve hundred points of interest in Yosemite and you pick me."
"I regret to inform you that the record for free climbing El Capitan is in no danger of being broken."
"I'm not trying to break any records, Spock. I'm doing this because I enjoy it. Not to mention the most important reason for climbing a mountain."
"And that is?"
"Because it's there."
"Captain, I do not think you realize the gravity of your situation."
"On the contrary, gravity is foremost on my mind..."
and:
"Commander Sulu come in, please."
"I don't believe this. Commander Sulu here."
"Bad news gentlemen, shore leave's been canceled."
"Rescued at last!"
"Return to pre-arranged coordinates for pickup."
"If you tell her we're lost, we'll never live it down."
"Is there a problem, gentlemen?"
"Uh, yes. We've been caught in a... we've been caught in a blizzard."
(Chekov blows into the communicator) "And we can't see a thing. Request you direct us to the coordinates."
"My visual says sunny skies and 70 degrees."
"Sulu, look. The sun's come out. It's a miracle!"
"Don't worry boys, your secret's safe with me. I'll send a shuttle to pick you up."
"Uhura, I owe you one. Sulu out."
In the end, the movie earns a C, but an enjoyable and funny C.
