I laughed. Hard. A lot.

The movie was totally worth my time.

Good, but complicated.

I Love You, Man

Still an awesome movie.

Broken Flowers

One of the most bizarre and amazing movies I've seen in quite some time. Bill Murray stars as Don Johnston, an aging Don Juan type character, who receives a letter in the mail one day - no return address, no signature, no clues as to who sent it - that says that he has a son who is coming to find him. A son that he never knew about. His next door neighbor Winston (Jeffery Wright), urges him to investigate, and ultimately plots out a course of action for Don to take, which Don reluctantly follows.

What results from this, the encounters that he has with the women that he knew in the past, the feelings that everything stirs up, the final sequence when he comes home, is absolutely sublime. The film has no answers and it doesn't want any. It hardly has a conclusion. Broken Flowers is simply there, and because of that it is made all the more powerful.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

I've been wanting to see Broken Flowers for a long time. I'll have to give it a shot.

Fido - Fun movie about a kid with a zombie for a pet. It's set in an alternate 50's style era, shortly after a zombie outbreak. It drags in places, but overall it's entertaining. B

Training Day.

Profane, and yet awesome.

District 9

I think that I will remember Star Trek and District 9 as the best movies of this summer. Star Trek for its excellent use of classic formulas, District 9 for its bold originality. In a way, it was like being a kid again. The film felt so breathtakingly fresh. And gripping. And thrilling. And, oftentimes, disturbing. That sickness in my stomach that I got when I got my first glimpse of Jurassic Park at 8 years old? Some of the scenes provoked that same sickness - that same intensity. I think I'll have to see this again before it leaves the theaters, cuz this one floored me.

I'm not really one for Romantic Comedies, but this one was decent.

I really liked Walter Matthau as Albert Einstein. :)

Hmm

I enjoyed the amazing performances by Ian McKellen (Magneto) and Patrick Stewart (Professor Xavier) But they totally botched Rogue and Wolverine. (I'm gonna get killed for this)

Seriously. Hugh Jackman needs to learn how to act better, or get a new job. XD Me and my family thought he really botched Wolverine. (Not as bad as Rogue, but a punishable offense nonetheless)

I could rant for a whole essay on Hugh Jackman, but I'll stop.

I think that it was a solid movie, with a few flaws, but worthwhile

Yes, you posted a hilarious video though.

As for that clip, I see nothing outstanding about it.

Minority Report

This was......awesome.

Thought provoking in the same way 1984 was, and was a great action flick to boot.

Tom Cruise does not disappoint.
