I'd be hard-pressed to recommend any of the Angry Birds to be ranked above a 10, since every single one of them dies after making a single attack.
I can come up with a few other ideas. Seeing The Doctor on the list (NOT Dr. Who. ) makes me think a Dalek could be an impressive addition to the list, too (those things are a pain to kill). I'll try to get back to this thread tonight, after I get home!
I don't think it's really necessary since they are basically 2D graphic characters, that are specifically made to look like paper. The only difference is the paper characters can do/are affected by stuff real life paper is affected by.
Oh, and I had another thought, inspired by seeing Optimus Prime added to the "overpowered" list. You could really shake things up with one addition that could make a lot of these characters get eliminated quickly. Including Optimus Prime.
Magneto.
He's pretty much guaranteed as a OHKO against any character that uses metal as a primary component. Dalek, OP, Wolverine, Iron Man, the Borg, Mega Lucario (he's part steel), you name it. If it's part metal, Magneto pwns it.
As powerful as he is, Magneto isn't over-powered. After all, his powers won't work on Mario, the Doctor, Flash, or even any of the Angry Birds. But just his presence could shake up the brackets quite a bit, and if not eliminated quickly, could be a game changer for whoever makes it to the end.
Ghast: Can fly, shoot fireballs, and destroy terrain. Though the terrain damage is very minor and only very weak blocks get destroyed, plus the fireball damage is not extremely big. He is pretty much immune to close up attacks due to flying, unless you can get close enough to him to attack. He also has no defense and his fireballs can be used against him. He is immune to fire. I would rank him something low. Plus due to his enormous size he can't really fit through anything if they aren't really large.
Wither Skeleton: The stronger version of the normal skeleton. Unlike skeletons they are not naturally equipped with bows, and have no ability to pick them up. Though if you get the to spawn with bows through commands their arrows will be on fire, just like a flame enchanted bow, regardless of if the actual enchantment is on the bow or not. He is vulnerable to all the attacks undead mobs are vulnerable to except fire. His main weakness is how big he is, he can only go through 3 block high openings, which a player can use to their advantage. Instead of a bow he wields a stone sword. The sword is never enchanted but will inflict the wither effect temporarily. He can also be given armor but doesn't spawn with it (besides PE, in which they do spawn with armor). I would rank him like 5 or 6.
Your in charge of the whole rank thing, I just make suggestions. So I don't know what ranks are full and what aren't. Though you do post what you rank, I just can't remember them all.
These guys are feisty plants that will try to bite Mario and gang. Due to their spiky mouths they cannot be jumped on. They also have the ability to breathe fire and ice. Their main weakness is their inability to move within the terrain. Rank them like 8 or 9.
