It's a hybrid between a liner lock and a framelock.

How's the Arc Lock on the Vulcan?

Yeah, that's what I was reading... just couldn't actually see it on the knife in those pics. But I guess that's not surprise. :p

And the arc lock is awesome. Easily the tightest lock I've ever had, and yet all you have to do is pull it down and flip the blade closed. The whole design is silky smooth.
