I suppose I could pick up some, but the Walmart stopped selling archery gear, and the nearest sporting goods store is an hour and a half away.

How about a spear?
Ah.

A good sharp spear would work great I think. Coons aren't super aggressive, like say a possum... but don't underestimate 'em. They can pack a nasty bite.

Possums are aggro?

Always seemed pretty docile in my experience.

Ever drive a John Deere tractor...on the highway?

Yeah, they're nasty. Especially when cornered. Bite, spit and claw... >_<

On the... highway? No, can't say I have. <_<

Didn't see this, sorry dude. XD

Coons... are pretty nasty at times. I don't think I'd want to go up and grab it. Might lose a finger or five. :o

Depends on the knife you use. :D

Why did I just re-open the huge gash on the back of my ankle? -_-

It's a woodland creature. :\ It can't be that bad. Plus, rabies shots aren't required to get in your stomach anymore. XD

It just came yesterday. :D

Lemme tell ya man... this blade... is legit. It is so fast and smooth when opening I could hardly believe it. And it's not an assisted open whatsoever. It locks up tighter than a bank vault, too. No blade play at all. The steel came razor sharp right out of the box, actually. Just grazed a piece of fabric and it had a slit in it. The blade's own weight punctured a blanket. All I did was lay it on it's tip. o.O

So worth the money.
