Google is one of those companies that I just really don't trust. A good portion of their revenue is generated by targeting ads at users, which involves tracking what they browse and like. Their practices seem invasive and secretive. Not only that, they supported "net neutrality," which was an attempt to get the government involved in regulating Internet companies (and you likely know by now that I'm pretty much anti-anything that gives government more power! ) So I'm not really a fan of the company, and like Micro$oft, avoid using their products as often as I can.

Inspiration behind your username?

Many, many years ago I played an on-line game called Everquest. One of my characters was an iksar necromancer named Sstavix. I've used it periodically throughout the years - moreso recently - because no matter where I go, there's an excellent chance it hasn't been taken yet.

Fireworks?

I do like fireworks... but of course, the ones I really like - the ones that I liked as a kid - are largely illegal in many states now.

I've "Liked" Black Cat Fireworks for a couple of years on Facebook. They have some pretty cool demo videos of their products... but of course, watching it on-line can't compare to the real thing.

Where i live, on the 4th of July, they set off fireworks at the baseball field. That's just a couple blocks away from my house. so we set up our chairs and camp stove in the front yard and enjoy the show. Good times.
