I... have basically made it a policy not to comment on others' stories, and it has nothing to do with how good it is. It's about trust. If I haven't built up that level of trust with you, I don't want to be afraid of hurting any feelings or anything if I don't like the story. Basically, I've found it easier to go about, keeping my opinions to myself when solicited, unless the person honestly wants to know what I have to say, in which case...jester747 wrote:What do you think of my new story in the writing section? You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

But...that doesn't make sense. You haven't proven to me it's impossible. And you still didn't answer as to what your motivation was.

I was just doing it because it's fun.

But, actually, for part of it, I was trying to make a point. Which I made. And which you said you don't believe me about.

You remind me a lot of my best friend. We'll argue about stuff for hours on end, not that it actually matters, but because it's somewhat entertaining for both of us, although I think he gets more fun out of it than I do.
Anyways, what is one thing that you've always wanted to do, but have never done?

I've always wanted to get something published. And even though I have the stuff for it, I can't seem to actually buckle down, write the letter and send it off. Me = Fail.TripExistence wrote:You remind me a lot of my best friend. It isn't that hard, is it? I mean, it would be if they didn't like it, but you keep trying, right? Right?Drewsov wrote:I've always wanted to get something published. And even though I have the stuff for it, I can't seem to actually buckle down, write the letter and send it off. Me = Fail.

I do believe there's a fire burning under your computer chair.
At least you have stuff; I can't get enough motivation to keep writing, much less just sending it in to be published.
What certain elements of music appeal to you?
