Probably either William Adama, Saul Tigh, or Felix Gaeta.

Yeah, some of them are slimy. But still awesome.

Saul Tigh is the XO of Galactica.

Felix Gaeta is the guy who shouts "DRADIS Contact" a lot. Like in "33" when they kept having Cylon ships come in range. He's the Senior Officer of the Watch.
