Also... what is the meaning of "Gaiden"? I see it on a lot of things that come from Japan. I'm just too lazy to go translate it. ;)
Hmm... I got just past the calvary units in the first level. Then I got annoyed and gave up.

As for the meaning, it refers to a side story. In Ninja Gaiden's case... the eponymous ninja is from DOA.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

Do you find it at all bothersome that Colson published How Now Shall We Live long after Francis Schaeffer published How Should We Then Live?

Do you find it sad that this is the level of question I'm resorting to? XD

The word is "we're."

Because Pink Floyd and/or Roger Waters is in town, most likely.

Well... it depends on what each of the books is about. If they're about the same thing... then it sounds like plagiarism. Otherwise... both titles are grammatically correct.

Government is another way of saying "better than you."

I'd assume that it's likely because you enjoy the concept of a metagame. However, it could also be that you like being a completionist, in which case... I have no idea where to go from there. I'm sorry.

Scott,

Do you think Tomb Raider: Underworld will be a success? Or do you think the TR games won't have what it takes to stay on top and not suck? (TR: Legend was pretty good, but, well, you know... the ones released before it were... not that good)

Well, I think you're underestimating the series' contribution to gaming. Tomb Raider 1 and 2 were widely considered excellently made games, while those that followed were not. Legend redefined the series, and Anniversary brought a more fully realized Tomb Raider 1 to gamers. So Underworld will likely be very well made; the only question is if they can make enough changes to make it relevant to gamers now.

I have high hopes for the game, but I don't see it bringing much new or innovative to the table, which is slightly problematic, if you consider those things when making your game purchases.

True enough. I didn't mean to imply that all of the Tomb Raiders sucked up until Legend, but that the few that came before Legend were less then good.

Any way, I am going to go start a topic on this in gaming fun.

Scott,

What would you get if you added a pizza to a gas tank?

Right now... a spinning fan. Yeah, I'm kinda retro like that. ;)

The "they." That's one of the questions that has baffled the ages. I'd say it's an idiom, propagated by American patriotism and fear of the unknown, as well as change, combined with a distrust of outsiders. The "they" is an ambiguous fringe group, lurking at the edges of American idealism, mentality and paranoia, which has been around in spades since 1963.
