New Playable Character Ilsa and Battle Pass Among New Content

TOKYO — Feb. 10, 2026 — Video game publisher and developer Cygames, Inc. (HQ: Shibuya, Tokyo; President: Koichi Watanabe, hereinafter referred to as “Cygames”) released the Version 2.50 update to Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising (GBVSR), developed by Arc System Works Co., Ltd. for the PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, and Steam platforms.

This update comes with the new playable character Ilsa and new content such as illustrations, stickers, as well as additional in-game content included with Premium Battle Pass Round 12. It will also include previously released content from Premium Battle Pass Round 7.

Version 2.50 Update

Version 2.50 was released on Feb. 10 and introduces the new playable character Ilsa in addition to the content included with Battle Pass Round 12.

Ilsa is a drill sergeant belonging to the Society – an organization dedicated to the hunting of primal beasts. Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising has been selected as a main title at two of the world’s premier fighting game events: EVO Japan 2026 and the Evolution Championship Series 2026 (Evo 2026). Registration for both tournaments is now open.
