Achilles: Survivor Brings the Battle for Greece Into Your Hands, Launching October 30th on Nintendo Switch

Harness the power of Greek legends on-the-go to defeat Hades and his army

TORUŃ, POLAND, October 21, 2025 — Achilles: Survivor, the legendary bullet-heaven battle for Greece is coming to Nintendo Switch on October 30th. Originally launching the game earlier this year on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, Polish developer and publisher Dark Point Games has been dedicated to bringing their myth-fueled Survivor-like to Nintendo to make sure anyone can join the fray, regardless of platform. This action roguelite adds an extra layer to the genre with a unique building mechanic, allowing survivors to erect powerful structures to turn the tide of battle in their favour. Build a variety of constructions to attack foes, provide healing, or summon allies to fight at your side as you defend against swarms of Hades’ undead forces. Utilizing Steam Early Access allowed the Dark Point Games team to incorporate feedback directly from the players and, over the course of the journey, added new survivors, enemies, bosses, powers, realms, structures, game modes, and more, and all these will be available for Nintendo Switch players to dive into.



Achilles: Survivor will place players in the shoes of the eponymous hero or one of several other survivors as they battle Hades and his army of the underworld. Following his demise at the end of the Trojan War, Hades resurrected Achilles to serve his nefarious plans against the other gods; however, once Achilles had served his purpose, Hades cast him back into Tartarus, damning him to an eternity of torment. Refusing to accept this fate, Achilles broke free, saving the souls of many others during his escape, including several who had died by his hand. Enraged by this subversion, Hades has sworn vengeance against the hero, vowing to return him and the other survivors to the depths of the underworld.

Now, Achilles and his unlikely allies must rise up to defeat Hades and his legion as they wage war across Troy, Tartarus, and other battlefields to avoid the threatening damnation. Using a variety of weapons, abilities, spells, and offensive and defensive structures, these heroes must grow their power as they face the battle between life and death.
