Seems like you may have missed this notice on the top of this thread post:
"If you are new, make sure you have read the Join Our Minecraft Server thread first.

Click there and it should tell you all that needs be done for a new member. The just of it, well 15 posts is the requirement, seeing as you have 30+, we should be reviewing and adding you to the white-list immediately.
