Well, we've a new Need for Speed on the way, and EA has finally figured out that the smart thing to do is to hand it over to the people who do it best - Critereon (Burnout Paradise, Hot Pursuit).
This ensures that it will be a great racing game overall, but I've heard word of the sequel being Burnout Paradise 2. Discuss.

I'm relatively sure they're recycling titles now. Nonetheless, it runs on the Burnout Paradise formula (it was supposedly nicknamed BP2) and it looks fantastic.
Heh heh. No worries. I was double post prone. BELIEVE ME.

Oh yeah, that's right. You're the on who got on me about that............

It's definitely the Burnout Paradise formula in racing, the graphics are incredibly crisp and the framerate's good. The physics look okay. I'd say the AI are a tad aggressive, but that's just me. However: I bought Hot Pursuit a while back. Is this slight change in formula worth $60?
