... I fixed it only using a zip tie and it only took about 3 minutes without even opening the case. :) Who knows how long it will last though lol

Well never mind it didnt work that good. It works sometimes but sometimes it doesn't and i have to do it again. Lol oh well. Worth a try.

I took mine completely apart put screws instead. Heat gunned the entire board and pure new paste on the processor. Works perfectly!!!

I think im going to get one of the cheap repair kits off Amazon and try that. Did you get a kit or just bought the stuff separate?
