Yeah, Guitar Hero has Hendrix, Priest, and Queen too.

But there's two Hendrix albums, one Judas Priest album + Painkiller, and over ten Queen songs in Rockband.

And there's two Megadeth albums if you think Rockband doesn't have hard songs.

Thank you for catching that. I was tired and was like, "I know I have something...", but it turns out I don't.

Oh, like Queen, Jimi Hendrix, Judas Priest, The Beatles, and Green Day?

Oh wait, Guitar Hero doesn't have those.
The fact it has all those has already been established, but the fact I care nothing for any of those bands has not been.

Phe...I don't like those bands, so...it's kinda a non issue. :D

Now it has.

There's also the fact I don't hate on Rock Band, just prefer GH more.

Greetings gang, I just came across this site today and figured I'd join up.

Let me introduce myself: Hi! I'm Joe (aka Ruebeard) I'm a Christian and a gamer. I work Part time for a local ISP doing tech support and spend time with my family, attend church, and play (PC based) Video games.

I was reading through this forum and couldn't help but wonder: "Have these guys not heard of Frets On Fire http://fretsonfire.sourceforge.net/? or http://www.ultrastargame.com/Ultrastar?". Granted Ultrastar is more of a karaoke-type game but has to do with rhythm as well. (BTW they're both open source and free :D) you can actually take the songs from the GH and Rock Band series and port them into FOF and you can also create your own songs in both :D. (Oh and you can use the GH controllers with your PC as well via USB and Ultrastar uses any mic you already have hooked up (if you have one that is))

Just some info for ya ;)
