We Were Not Made...

We were not made to
Bow before our own imagination.
We were not made to
Propagate our planet's vegetation.
We were not made to
Wonder at the power of our race.
We all were made to
Focus on an all-fulfilling Grace.

We were not made to
State the vast accomplishments of man.
We were not made to
Proudly think we know our Maker's plan.
We were not made to
Crave the things that sensually please us.
We all were made to
Know the rich supremacy of Jesus.
