I've never used it, and I'm not sure what the point would be.... Maybe if you could take the item home and use it while you're paying for it. But instead you have them lock it up and you pay for it a bit at a time, and then you get it when you've paid for it completely. Why not save the money - in an interest-bearing account, if possible - and then purchase the item outright?Walmart Layaway?

I have never been terribly fond of Halloween. It's always seemed like a glorification of evil to me, possibly due to the gruesome costumes and horror movies that come out around that time. Needless to say, I'm not fond of Halloween parties, haunted houses, or anything like that.
