Here's a more in-depth tutorial, for those confused (Not attempting to one-up you ccgr, just making a details tutorial for those who can't figure it out still)

Take this for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-8AOddGy4Y (It's the Raconteurs, "These Stones Will Shout")

The video ID is 1-8AOddGy4Y. You take everything after the ?v= part of the URL, and copy it to the clipboard (Control-C or right click on the selection and hit copy)

Then, open up the youtube code like so: (Ignore the code box, it's there to let you see what the BBCode looks like)

Code: Select all

[youtube][/youtube]
Then, paste the Video ID (Use Control-V or right click, paste) and it should look like this:

Code: Select all

[youtube]1-8AOddGy4Y[/youtube]

Now, when you post the message, it will appear like this:

Huh.

So that's how you do that.

For the life of me I've been unable to do it thus far.
