I've been playing Hawken, (a mech game with different mechs and classes) and been wondering about others and the game? It's Free 2 Play and on steam and its not Pay To Win.

I tried it. My computer was like "I'M GIVING IT ALL SHE'S GOT CAPTAIN".

And it wasn't enough. XD Looks amazing though. @_@

Yea, surprisingly my little old laptop can take it... and it's somewhat ironic when my friend who owns a Goliath compared to mine can't. The game's great though if you can set you're graphics low and get around the occasional spike when loading in games.

I tried bumping up to high graphics once just to see the mechs in their full fledged glory, but instead my PC pretty much turned it down on its own and I got one of those error messages that basically says, "You're dumb to think you could do that!"

I limped along at like...8 FPS at the lowest settings.

It's one of those "remember this if you ever get a better compy" games for me.

Yea, sadly its very demanding. But if you ever do get a new computer just remember it.

I got Hawken a while back. I'd love to play with you sometime if you want to.

I've been with Hawken since the beta days and love it. I think it is the best mech game out there at the moment. The devs are earnest and the community is generally polite and fun to play with (unlike the toxic MWO community). Definitely one of the best F2P games out there you can try.
