Christ Centered Gamer

This game is one of my dad's and it is older that the year 2000. It is a fairly advanced City Simulator. I used to play, but I stopped around the same time as Roller Coaster Tycoon. Fun, but I can never get a city off the ground no matter how hard I try. I usually play with one of my dad's only cities, and I expanded it to the edges of the map. I copied the city when it was halfway finished, and I tried to make a Nuclear Reactor Breach to see what would happen. No luck, even with quite a few Nuclear Power Plants.

This doesn't really sound much like a racing game...

This forum says Racing/Simulation. This is a City Simulator.

Ok my bad sorry.

It is understandable, most of the recent topics on here are racing games.
