Re: What is your favourite colour?

Green, of course. Although I have to admit it's not easy.... ;)

Incidentally, my wife doesn't have a favorite color, either. She keeps changing her mind about what colors she likes.

Re: Buddhism vs Christianity

There was another interesting comparison that I had was when you consider the Buddhist concept of afterlife. The ultimate "goal" or "reward" is to become one with the universe, to lose all sense of self-identity and, in a sense no longer exist. On the contrary, some Christian denominations believe t...

Church punishments for public policy

I thought there was a related thread about this somewhere, but I can't find it now. Which tells me that it is probably pretty old, and rather than become a thread necro, I'd start a new one. Democrat Senator Dick Durbin will no longer receive Communion at his Catholic church - they're cutting him of...

Re: RIP Billy Graham

He was indeed an inspiration to thousands, if not millions. Although I don't have any statistics to back this up, I'm sure that he brought many people closer to Christ during his ministry. I am sure that he has earned his reward in Heaven, and I hope that many have been, and will be, led to follow i...

Re: Go ask the lizard-guy something....

Are you biologically a lizard? Sadly, no. I self-identify as a lizardman. ;) (If so, I'm gonna find my mom and tell her about the site's reptilian member........) [For those of you who don't know, CCGR is my mom] Oh, I think she's quite aware of that already. Of both points, actually.....

Re: The 5 Year Retrospective on the Blood in the Badlands: A Vignette Series

The only problem I see with Tony's plan was in this line.... Then, the attacker would deploy their force on the table across the middle. This almost seems to me that the defender can deploy their army wherever they want, but has to be within a certain distance of the wall. So I don't think Tony woul...

Fish sauce?
It's fishy!

Since I'm not really a cook, I don't use this. My wife might, but I am not sure. The closest I get to fish sauce would be tartar sauce.

Re: I like to 3D model, I like games, Ask Away!

Two questions!

My usual question to newcomers: What is the inspiration behind your username?

Second question: Is there any place online where we can see your art?

Oh, yes. Joke. Right.

There sure is! Click right here to read the standard for reviewing games for Christ Centered Gamer!

Especially pay attention to the scoring section, near the bottom. Whenever I'm calculating the scores for the games I review, I usually have this portion of the page in particular up.

Re: Maryland city to church: Stop worship services or leave

That's just ridiculous, and definitely an attack against religion from a government entity. I would have to wonder if the city would have made the same move if the faith were Islamic or Buddhist or Ba'hai... basically anything but a Christian faith.

Re: Go ask the lizard-guy something....

I know. It was a joke. :D I've made pasta by hand several times, and it never tasted near as good as the boxed stuff. Granted, I'm a scrub who barely knows what he's doing, but still. It's not worth it for me. XD You're still a lot better than me. I'm a terrible cook. Not like "Worst Cooks in Ameri...

Re: Go ask the lizard-guy something....

Worth it. That chimichanga gave me the stank eye. You put them in a pot of boiling water. :P Home made ramen for me is about numerous types of freshly cut vegetables, well cooked meat, and a savory broth crafted carefully. I have made pasta at home several times, and it's just not worth the effort ...
