Re: Zumba Fitness

I have never been to a Zumba class. I have been to aerobic classes before so I guess they are similar.

I have played the games, and they are HUGE!! The spark that exploded our Youtube channel was Zumba Kids videos. Zumba fans are passionate, helpful, kind, and awesome.

Re: Over inflated Launch Prices

I think development costs and release plays a lot into this. When a game launches, especially for big titles, they get the most of their sales on release, like with movies. If they're going to make money, it's going to be with release hype. Secondly, the cost of development is just about all before...

Re: Over inflated Launch Prices

Another thing to take into consideration is the cost of the game development process. Indie games generally cost less to make and for the consumer to buy. Good point. :) What about all the recycling, rehash, and re-using Nintendo does in many of their games? Using the same graphics, sounds, worlds,...

Re: Over inflated Launch Prices

Deep, Makes sense. So when Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft sell a digital version of a game for the same price as a physical copy in the store they are taking the same slice of the game as the distribution. Because it has bothered me to see Mario Kart 8 selling for the same price digitally as at the s...

Over inflated Launch Prices

I have noticed something over the years in the video game industry. By and large, generally speaking, the majority of video games drop in price from their launch. I noticed on Amazon yesterday that Project STEAM was selling used for ten dollars cheaper three days after the game launched. Now yes a n...

Re: First person perspective

Wow! Another person who likes Cricket! Brilliant! It does have a training mode, sort of. There's batting practice (which I think flags LBWs, more on those in a bit), fielding practice (which is really simple: run up to the ball, and decide if you throw it to the bowler, wicket keeper, or attempt to...

Re: First person perspective

I think Don Bradman Cricket 14 has a first-person mode for some of it (E.G. batting). Not that many Americans like Cricket... *crawls to the U.K. and Australia to watch Cricket matches* That is AWESOME!!! :) Thank you. I have played a few Cricket games in my life, and enjoyed them. I am talking vid...

Re: First person perspective

As a non-sports game player, I think it would cool. :)
Amen
With the VR technology as of late, I guess it's only a matter of time. :o
Here is to hoping. :)

First person perspective

Know what I really want to see in baseball, basketball, hockey, and football video games? The first person perspective. I think it would be cool to see what the QB, or pitcher sees. See that rim as you come in for a dunk.

Why would it work?

Why wouldn't it work?

Re: Christian YouTube Gaming Channel!

Oh this is where we post Christian Youtube channels? Cool. https://www.youtube.com/user/FamilyFriendlyGaming?feature=mhee The Larryboy and the Bad Apple PS2 playlist is pretty popular and so is the Zumba Fitness Kids playlist. Schools are using them in PE classes so that's kinda neat. Doing more ret...

Future Glimpses Book Two has begun

Just a quick note that I have started Book Two in the Future Glimpses series. It will pay homage to the Shadowrun novels. Going to teach a couple of good morals along the way. :) Lord willing it will be complete this time next year. No title at this time, and will have to find a new artist for the f...

Re: What Are We? *may be offensive*

We try to remain neutral, even when we have game developers as banner clients. :) :) At the same time aren't we all trying to further the industry, and move it in a certain direction? If the video game industry crashed again, wouldn't that be bad for us? I don't see how the article is offensive at ...

What Are We? *may be offensive*

We have been getting a lot of positive feedback to a recent article I wrote. We are hearing how thought provoking it is. I thought hey, share it here and see if it is an interesting discussion. :) This may contain material you find offensive. If you are argumentative, then don't read it. http://www....
