Re: Indie Bubble

or bigger hard drives in consoles...500GB doesn't go far these days The 32 gig Wii U is even worse. :) I laughed when some people suggested buying an external drive. My attitude was - after spending $300 I should not have to buy something else because of poor design. Easier upgrade options for earl...

Re: Indie Bubble

Deepfreeze, Excellent point. :) I would also like to see physical copy distribution for more indie games. Minecraft and Terraria were able to release physical copies. Costs of physical copies has come down, and it would be awesome to see more physical copies in stores. I have talked to people who re...

Real Behind the Scenes

Does anyone know of anywhere to get the real behind the scenes on what goes on in our industry? I am talking about things like why EA lost the NCAA contract, why EA lost NASCAR, how Nintendo really felt about 99 apps all those years ago, how Sony thinks of Microsoft, why there won't be a new Shining...

Re: What is your favorite Lego game?

The Lego City Undercover games. On the Wii U and 3DS. The two games are different, and connected. The 3DS is the precursor to the Wii U game. These games are huge, with a ton to do. In my mind those are the best Lego video games of all time. In fact I want a sequel.

Re: Indie Bubble

Emwok, I see clever interesting things all the time. Take Affordable Space Adventure for example. The intro to the game is like watching a commercial. Neat idea, and it fits the game. But then the game play feels like Pid, and a ton of other action adventure puzzle games. ccgr, totally agree. I lose...

Indie Bubble

Anyone else expecting the indie bubble to burst pretty soon?

I have found myself less interested in indie games lately.

Re: Over inflated Launch Prices

I've been waiting a year or two to buy games for close to 15 years. The games are still enjoyable and I really don't care to have the latest/greatest. I just picked up Skyrim and Orange Box last year, for example. I'm also a single player gamer. If I played MP games, I'd maybe be a little more sway...

Re: Pokèmon shuffle

I do not like it. Deleted it. I am against any repeat pay to play app. I am a strong believer in pay one time for a game. I will not pay for DLC, micro-transactions, or any in-app purchases (unless it is a one time to make ads go away). I am philosophically opposed to this kind of a game. I also pre...
